These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of jakszukac.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make on it. Please read them before buying. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We sell digital products, currently the e-book How to Search? The Guide, a PDF guide with 14 chapters on searching for and verifying information online and in conversations with AI. The product description on the product page is part of these Terms. Our digital products are for your personal, non-commercial use and are delivered electronically only; no physical item is shipped.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout, including a valid email address to which we can send your download link and receipt.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the price shown is the total price you pay; any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax that applies to your order will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. We never see or store your full card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Klarna. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
5. Order process and contract
Your order is an offer to buy the product. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is successfully confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or technical problems; if we do, we will refund any amount you paid in full.
6. Delivery of digital content
After your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to your email address. Each download link can be used up to 3 times and remains active for 93 days from purchase. Please save the file to your device. If your link has expired or does not work, contact us and we will help you get your file. You need a device capable of opening PDF files (for example, a computer, tablet, or phone with a PDF reader).
7. License and intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products, including texts, graphics, and the e-book, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to us or our licensors. When you buy an e-book, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print it for your own non-commercial use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing services, distribute, or otherwise make our products available to others, or remove any copyright notices.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Educational content; no professional advice
Our e-book, articles, and other materials are for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Information about laws, tools, and online platforms can change; always verify important information with primary sources and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.
10. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our servers, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at kontakt@jakszukac.pl so we can try to resolve the issue informally; most concerns can be solved quickly this way.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
