This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit jakszukac.com (the “Site”) or buy from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices and rights you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect
Order information: your name, email address, billing address and country, order details, and payment status. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure systems; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
Communications: messages you send us by email, and, if you choose to subscribe, your email address for our newsletter or updates.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including for security, site performance, and statistics.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to: process and deliver your order and send you your download link and receipt; provide customer support and handle refunds; prevent fraud and keep the Site secure; comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations; understand how the Site is used and improve it; and, if you have opted in, send you emails about new materials (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email).
4. Legal bases (EU/EEA/UK)
Because we are based in the European Union, we process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal bases are: performance of a contract (processing your order), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic statistics, improving the Site), and consent (non-essential cookies and marketing emails), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers who help us run the Site, under contracts that require them to protect it, including: Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention); Klarna (if you choose to pay with Klarna); our web hosting provider; WooCommerce/Automattic and Jetpack (store functionality, security, and site statistics); Google (Site Kit, analytics, and search tools); OptinMonster (sign-up forms, if you use them); and our email delivery service (sending order and account emails). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site and store to work (for example, the shopping cart and checkout), as well as optional cookies for statistics and to improve the Site. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent the store from working.
7. International transfers
We are located in Poland and some of our service providers are located in the United States and other countries. When personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 5 years from the end of the year of the transaction). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs and statistics are kept for a limited period.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you live in a U.S. state with a consumer privacy law (such as California), you also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, email kontakt@jakszukac.pl. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment processing by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date at the top.
